Privacy
4226 Tax (Praneeth B Batte d/b/a 4226 Tax, Seattle, WA) sells data products to registered property tax consultants. This page describes what little we collect from visitors and customers, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the email — your address, firm name, and whatever you wrote — to answer you and fulfill what you asked for.
- Orders. Purchases run through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store card numbers. We keep the order record (firm, contact, product, amount) for accounting and delivery.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path) under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We run no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and set no cookies.
What we don't do
- No sale or sharing of your contact information with anyone.
- No marketing lists you didn't ask to be on; one email from you does not become a subscription.
- No consumer profiling. Our deliverables contain public appraisal-roll records about properties, not consumer-protected personal data; we are not a consumer reporting agency.
Retention and requests
We keep correspondence and order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and tax obligations. Want your correspondence deleted, or a copy of what we hold about your firm? Email praneeth@4226tax.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
